Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the accuracy of the candidate data you enter.
Acceptable use
Do not use CandidateFlow to store sensitive personal data, to send unsolicited bulk outreach, or to hold data you have no lawful basis to process. CandidateFlow performs no scraping and no automated outreach.
Plans and payment
The Free plan is limited to 5 active candidates. Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period.
Availability
We aim for a reliable service but provide it "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
