Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, optional company) and the candidate records you choose to enter: names, contact details, role, company, location, source, profile link, status, priority, notes, tasks and follow-up dates.

We do not scrape or automatically collect data from LinkedIn or any other site. Every candidate record is entered manually by you.

Solely to provide the service: showing your pipeline and reminding you who needs a follow-up. Candidate data is never sold, never made public, and never indexed by search engines.

Candidate records are kept until you delete them or close your account. A configurable retention reminder is planned, so you can align storage periods with your own legal obligations. Retention requirements differ per country and per client contract — set yours accordingly.

CandidateFlow deliberately has no fields for health, political beliefs, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation or criminal history. Please do not enter such information in free-text notes.

You can archive or permanently delete any candidate from their detail page. Deleting a candidate removes their notes, tasks, follow-ups and history. Account deletion and CSV export are on the roadmap; until then, contact us and we will handle it.
